These are areas where we can intervene to create significant change in our health.

Many of modern society’s health problems result from weaknesses in the body’s physiological foundations brought on by poor nutrition. At Thrive, we are dedicated to helping you reverse the negative effects of the modern diet through nutritional therapy. Our foundational, holistic approach focuses on the importance of a properly prepared, nutrient-dense, whole food diet paired with a well-balanced lifestyle. We also honor the body’s innate intelligence and its incredible capacity to restore, regenerate, and correct itself — when given the tools and nutrients to do so.
My Story

I became wildly passionate about nutrition when I myself began suffering from health issues that no one else seemed able to help me with. Filled with frustration, I began researching and learning until I was not only able to diagnose the issue, but recovered from it by restructuring my diet and lifestyle.
How It Works

Discovery Call
Get started with a 25-minute discovery call. We’ll discuss your past dieting experiences, your relationship with food and your body, and your goals for the future. If I feel we’re a good match for counseling, I’ll explain how I can help you reach your goals, answer any questions about the process, and help schedule your initial session.

Initial Session
In this 75-minute session I’ll take time to get to know you better and fully understand your relationship with food and your body. We’ll talk about your big picture goals, what success will look like for you, and identify specific areas of healing that we’ll work on together in future sessions. Lastly, I’ll provide clear steps you can take to immediately begin working towards your goals.

Ongoing Support
We’ll meet twice a month for 45 min follow-up sessions for ongoing support and accountability. In these sessions, we’ll discuss your progress, work through any barriers, and introduce new strategies to help you move towards your goals. You’ll receive resources and assignments between sessions to reinforce important concepts. I’m also available for unlimited email support between sessions.
