Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, NTP
I-ACT Certified Colon Hydrotherapist
Born and raised on the island of Maui, Hawaii, I became passionate about health and wellness when I was able to heal myself from chronic health issues I began experiencing in my early 20's. I suffered from migraine headaches, bacterial infections, stomach ulcers and chronic digestive issues that no one in the medical community seemed able to cure. I was given medications to help with the symptoms but no one seemed able to pinpoint the root causes, and I grew tired of taking medication after medication, only to have the problems manifest again a few weeks later.

I embarked on a health journey, researching and learning all I could on my own, until I was able to not only diagnose the root cause of my health issues, but completely heal from them by making some simple but effective dietary and lifestyle choices.
In 2015, I decided to further my education by attending the Nutritional Therapy Association, and earned my certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). As an NTP I examine health and wellness with a humanistic and holistic perspective, looking at the whole individual within the context of their life and the environment in which they live.
Knowing now that digestive health is critical to overall health and well-being, I received my colon hydrotherapy training and certification as an l I-ACT certified colon hydrotherapist at the California Coastal Cleansing Institute, an award winning I-ACT certified recognized school. It is my philosophy that the body’s ability to heal is greatly dependent upon the body’s ability to cleanse, and colon hydrotherapy is the most effective way to achieve this goal and can be an integral part of one’s health and wellness regimen.
I feel having my certifications in both colon hydrotherapy and Nutritional Therapy makes me particularly adept at helping my clients achieve their health and wellness goals by tailoring treatment plans that are customized to their bio-individual needs.
